Florida Dems Sue To Extend Voter Registration Deadline With No Actual Impacted Voters

Florida Democrats have now sued the State of Florida for not unilaterally pushing the voter registration deadline despite the Florida Election Code giving the Governor no authority to take such an action. But the case is even weaker.  Get this, the Democrats failed to point to even one voter that is actually impacted to a point they are not able to register to vote.  Not one person.

You ask, why would that be?  Perhaps because that person would then be handed a voter registration application to fill out and register to vote. And the deadline is not until Tuesday.

Frivolously, the Democrats take a machine gun approach and sue on all grounds they can possibly imagine, ranging from a violation of Section 2 of the Voting Right Act, violation of Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, and violation of the 1st and 14th Amendment. This is not a legal document.  It is a political ad and should have appropriate disclosure language.
